No obligation · We respond to every enquiry
Probate Value provides general guidance and accepts enquiries from executors seeking an independent valuation provider. Choose your area from the list below for local guidance on that county or city. An enquiry is not a guarantee that a provider is available.
Any provider is independent of Probate Value. Before instruction, confirm their identity, relevant credentials, insurance, valuation scope and basis, fee and expected delivery date.

Send us an enquiry anyway. We will review the asset type and location and find an independent valuer who covers it.
Choose your nearest city or county to see the local valuation context, then send us your postcode and asset type. We identify an independent valuer who covers your area and specialises in the assets involved, and check their credentials and insurance before introducing them. Confirm their scope, fee and timing before you instruct them.
For larger or fragile items — antique furniture, full house contents, classic cars, and most property — a home visit is often the most reliable approach. Smaller items such as jewellery, watches and gold can sometimes be assessed by appointment or, where the valuer considers the evidence sufficient, from detailed photographs. A single home visit covering several asset types together is usually more cost-effective than separate appointments.
Coverage is not guaranteed. You can submit a postcode for a rural area or smaller town and we will check whether a suitable provider is currently available. Your details should only be shared with a provider after the stated availability and consent checks.
